Before we start.A few practical answers.
Scope, contributors and first steps are agreed around the work.
Do we need every service?
No. Some businesses need a focused audit, clearer positioning or one campaign. Others benefit from coordinated support. We recommend the relevant work after understanding the brief.
Who will actually work on our account?
We agree a lead contact and the specialist skills required for your scope. AFH uses a flexible collaborator model; any external contributors and approval responsibilities are discussed before work starts.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. The model can support your own marketing or business development team, provide a defined piece of work, or transfer practical skills through training.
How do we know what we will receive?
A proposal should set out objectives, deliverables, contributors, timelines, approval stages and what is outside scope. Paid media and other third-party costs are separately identified.
What does success look like?
That depends on the goal. Relevant conversations, qualified enquiries, website actions, opportunity quality and repeat business are often more informative than raw reach. We agree sensible measures and review them in context.
How do we get started?
Tell us a little about your business, your audiences and the challenge you want to address. We can discuss the best first step before proposing a scope.
